Pizza, pizza, pizza

Well, I tried to make pizza last night. Epic fail! I used refrigerated dough for simplicity. That was fine but you know, it does pay to read the instructions every now and then. Apparently you are supposed to PRE-BAKE the dough for a few minutes. I, of course, did not do that! So I thought my pizza was done, and realized (after a bite) that it was all soggy and doughy in the middle. Yuck! Had to put it back in the oven. Oh well, lesson learned! That's my only pizza tip - pretty simple - just pre-bake the dough! LOL
